These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rise Thru Music website located at www.risethrumusic.org (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Rise Thru Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Marietta, Georgia, dedicated to providing individualized music instruction and mentorship to children in metro Atlanta's underserved communities.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

Donations

Donations made through the Site are voluntary and nonrefundable. Rise Thru Music is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

Program Applications

Information submitted through our program application forms is used solely for the purpose of evaluating and facilitating participation in Rise Thru Music programs. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Rise Thru Music reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion based on program capacity and eligibility requirements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rise Thru Music. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
